Review on Enhanced Visibility and Durability with Xprite Aluminium Intensity Enforcement Windshield by Jeff Addison

I really wanted to like these headlights and initially I did. They were very bright, held up well, and moved easily from car to car. However, less than a month later the unit started to fail and after almost 2 weeks of ridiculous emails back and forth and the cost of replacing the flashlight, I finally got a replacement sent via USPS which according to tracking will take another 4 days to arrive he is here . I really hope that this replacement will not fail. Work lights are a great solution and I had plans to use them on multiple vehicles and equipment. But with such slow customer service, we need to see if the first light outage was an accident or if the customer service and product were of poor quality. I will update this Revjew after I receive a replacement and use it. At this point, I'm not impressed with the overall experience of owning this product. Update: I've been contacted by Xprite customer service and they seem genuinely interested in helping resolve customer service issues. They also seem to want to support their product and make sure customers are happy with their purchase. Xprite solved my problem to my satisfaction and the replacement device has worked flawlessly so far.
