Being able to rotate this splash is useful. I probably won't need this feature for everyone.
Being able to turn this shaft is very useful. I probably won't need this feature for all power surges in my house, but definitely in places where I have it. Helps me avoid problems with bulky PSUs bumping into each other or not having enough room to use all the connectors. Thumbs up.
