I ordered this product individually because the stock black cooler was $20. But studies, videos, other reviews of sites that seemed to have negative sides touched the fan, it lights up, but it cannot be changed, and the light does not move. Also, some fans may have quality control and rotate poorly. But I didn't care! I installed on a Dell Optiplex 9020mt and it fits great. It came with plastic brackets to attach it to the mobo, but for my personal project I used m3x20mm metric screws and washers to hold it to the back. The finish of the copper and the plate that sits on top of the CPU looked great and was ready to go (the sticker protects it) so they did a good job there as well as in the packaging. No bent fins etc. It wasn't difficult to attach to the CPU but it was my first time trying and I was a little gentle but still hooked well and made good contact. I CAN wiggle it around to spread the paste a bit, but there's no vertical movement so that's not a problem.
