Opster has been a huge help in our transition to using Elasticsearch. Their support team is incredibly fast and helpful. They listen to and respond to our needs and challenges quickly. Opster is one of the few vendors that is focused on the Elasticsearch product and has the skills to work with it. I think they do a really good job of keeping up with the Elasticsearch development and the capabilities of the product. We have been able to focus our efforts on our main business and not worry about the Elasticsearch infrastructure. We have been able to use our Ops team to focus on our main business. The support is excellent! They are always willing to help us with any issue we have. Their team is also very friendly and easy to work with. I haven't found anything that I dislike about Opster's service yet. If you're looking for a hosted solution for Elasticsearch, this is it. You won't be disappointed. We've been running our Elasticsearch cluster using Opster's managed service for almost two years now. Opster has helped us scale up our cluster without any problems.
