Requires work to charge

According to the instructions, the initial charge takes 13 hours. To charge it you need either; (1) Plug in the car cigarette lighter [my car cigarette lighter is only on when the car is running], (2) remove the batteries to charge in a separate charger [not included] or (3) buy a separate 120v ac charger to car cigarette lighter adapter 12v dc current [I chose this one].
