These tap shoes are the best! They are very heavy and of excellent quality. You sound great! Very hard and loud noises. You are a bit small. I usually wear outdoor shoes in sizes 7.5 to 8 and had to order several sizes before I found the right one. I chose a size 8.5 for these slippers and they fit just right (which is what I wanted). I can always wear a pair of thin socks with it. The toe box was a bit tight when I first got them but I've since stretched a bit and they are comfortable now. They come without rubber soles. I decided not to put them on my shoes (because I didn't know how to do it and didn't want to pay more money to find someone to do it professionally). Without them there is definitely more slippage, but I've gotten used to that. I feel like the balls of my feet hurt a little more after dancing, maybe that's why. Overall I love these shoes! I've had them for about two years now and I still love them. I'm also thinking about making them white! If you buy these shoes you will not regret it!
