Review on Nabble by Christopher Smith

The interface has been very intuitive, easy to use for both technical users as well non-technical people who want an overview of what's going on in their forums or chat rooms. There isn't much you can say bad about this product other than I wish it was better known by more companies/organizations but there aren't many problems we've had so far when using this tool. We have used our own built version which works just fine but sometimes having something off brand like this helps since most organizations already know how to work with one another. This makes things easier especially if they don't currently allow multiple vendors into your organization because then all communication will go through this single point rather than different points within each vendor system. A good solution for internal communications between departments across several locations or even remote offices.
