Review on Madison Resources by Jorge Kumar

I really like that it is very easy for new recruiters to navigate around their website since they are so user friendly with all of there features! It's also great having something so comprehensive in one place which can easily keep track of our candidates as well as clients. There isn't much that I don't love about this system. If I were to think of anything that could be improved it would probably have more categories within each section than what is currently offered. That being said however, those few things only added additional options for my team and made it even easier to find jobs or clients for us. The benefits we see from using this tool include increased efficiency through time management and reporting. Being able to create custom reports helps keep up-to date and accurate records which help us make better decisions when hiring employees.
