Updated. Anker reached out and tried his best to fix the problems. Replacing the tips with other types helped a lot. I currently have white ear pads and smoke colored ear tips but they seem to work much better. The price has dropped to $80 and yet I think they are worth it. Incredible waste of a headphone. Nothing but plastic. Anchor stands next to the apple on the packaging waste. It's impossible to take the earbuds out of the box without scratching them as they're built into a molded plastic package. There are plenty of earbuds to fit, but since they show up in the storage box, I'm stuck. Sticking to that massive box just to keep the earcups in order. Opening the case is flimsy and I suspect it will have a short lifespan. The promised ANC is closer to the Dolby noise reduction of yesteryear. It sets the music to an awful tone and doesn't really work to block out ambient noise. The app and the sound controls are good. The hearing ID was not entirely accurate and had to be adjusted manually. Headphones are as comfortable as the Liberty Air 2 if you don't need inductive charging. Save your money and wait for them to go on sale. They are NOT $130.
