Quality is good, didn't work for me.
I think I ordered a VERY large one. The puffiness seems great, I just think it makes me like the character of Dr. Sue look. I have VERY long hair and have had a hard time doing it more than once. I think girls with normal hair length have it easier. I'm not sending it back because I can cut my hair and then try to use it. Because it looks cute.
