The instructions and user guides are pretty much useless to get this scope working either on my laptop or android. The user guide is rather vague, as is the guide on the included driver CD. The laptop didn't load any drivers so as another buyer said it ended up and got a third party app for my phone and it connected straight away. The zoom buttons and images don't work, but I just need to see things up close, so that's fine with me. I would give it 5 stars if it actually installed and worked as intended. but it does what i need it to, so mission accomplished i guess
