So I wanted to give these guys 5 stars for their responsive customer service, but that probably could have been avoided. I looked at my car, a 2012 BMW X5 E70 and was told it was compatible without the need for a CANbus resistor. It's not like this. The warning light went on immediately. I contacted them and they sent me the resistors in a couple of weeks. Perhaps this could have been avoided if their website had the correct information, but I was glad they responded quickly to correct it. BMW owners are cautioned to check their vehicle for compatibility before ordering. Otherwise you will have the same problem I encountered.
