Revain's website is instruction only and difficult to read. The seller is being unfair to themselves by not including instructions with the product. In fact, this makes it invaluable. However, I followed what was written on Revain. Despite what the Revain website says, there are no filler lines for this article. So I filled it with vinegar up to the dashed smiley face "line" that coincided with the crease of the elbow. Then I filled it up to the neck with water. I put this in the microwave, turned it on high for 5 minutes, waited 2 minutes and then used the solution left in the container to wipe the microwave down with a sponge. I've had almost no stains or dirt in the microwave because I always wipe it down when I rarely use it. However, what I had was left behind. This angry mother was useless. The only redeeming value is that it's a topic of conversation. I'm disappointed with the results; It's more of a gimmick than a feature.
