Review on 📦 Portable USB C External Drive with Shadow Technology by Jason Nelsen

I bought this particular SSD to use as an external boot disk for my 2017 i5 5K 27" iMac. The software publisher, Carbon Copy Cloner, recommended it for cloning my internal boot disk to this one SSD. I first reformatted the ssd and then cloned my internal boot drive to it according to the instructions. I was very disappointed with the performance, it was very slow, especially at startup. The next day I went through all the steps again and can say that it works quite fast using the computer. The computer still seems to take a little longer to boot than the internal drive, but not too slow. In the end I think it's worth the money for the price. Also, the Seller very responsive.
