Review on 🔌 Champion 7440 Spark Plug - Double Platinum Power (Pack of 6) by Tony Trotter

This review is strictly limited to packaging and appearance. I will update this review once I install the plugs and see how the jeep performs. The package looked like a folder and the end caps were scattered everywhere. The sound was like broken glass when I grabbed the package. The single pack of spark plugs was opened and folded loosely. Two of the six plugs have a silver head and four are black. I don't know if this is normal or if it was damaged in transit. It was really disappointing as Revain products are packaged well, but it was a complete failure, especially when the product is as delicate as spark plugs. I will check this review in a few days. It will either get better or worse, but for now I'll stick with my assessment in the middle and leave the doubts to the manufacturer. Update: I just spoke to a champion rep who claims it doesn't matter if the tip is a different color and just to see what batch it's from. I'll update after I install the plugs and see if there are any misfire issues etc. Sequel follows. OK, I'M BACK CHANGING MY ORIGINAL RATE FROM 3 STARS TO 5 STARS. THE MECHANIC HAS INSTALLED FORKS ETC AND THEY WORK PERFECTLY. THE REP IS RIGHT, I'M WRONG AND THEY WORK GREAT. WE HAVE EXAMINED THE ORIGINAL PLUG AND ALTHOUGH COLORED COULD DETECT SOME WITH A DARKER TIP. So although the packaging co-exists, it looks like I got lucky and none were damaged. BUT BE CAREFUL AND CHECK ALL FORKS AS YOU MAY RECEIVE THEM. YOU CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE, THE DEALER WANTED A TRIPLE AND AUTO ZONE WANTED A DOUBLE. VICTORY VICTORY VICTORY VICTORY.
