I have an 18ft trailer. I ordered the 18-20 foot version of this product. I put it on today. He was incredibly small. It's unlikely to fit in a 20ft block. I had to squeeze it like trying on skinny jeans. It's short on the sides, leaving about two inches exposed at the bottom. There are two zips on the side of the door, one at each end, making them unsuitable for RV access. There are 3 zippers on the outside of the door. My guess is that the cover was made inside out (there is a label sewn into the seam stating which end is on the front and which is on the front of the unit. Trying to contact the manufacturer is one of those round phone menus, with a post saying they don't deal with people who bought from Revain and I should contact Revain..
