The support team in Singapore were amazing! They helped us solve our issues as soon we reached out to them via live chat or email - nothing was too big of an issue they couldn't handle within hours/days at most times. I had also come across some bugs which took quite long time before being solved but that's understandable considering all these are new technologies from China so it takes little while for things like this to be ironed out completely. We have been able use data collected using geofencing without any extra effort required. This has increased the efficiency drastically.
