This is my fourth purchase of this free motion feather quilting foot. They keep breaking. I ordered another one from the same company because I was in the middle of a quilting project and wanted to move on. The metal bar that attaches the presser foot to the machine broke, causing the fabric to drag when free motion quilting. I hope you can see how it is broken in the photo on the left. The right one is new, still intact in the metal rod. This particular foot lasted about two months with moderate tapping. So I went to my sewing machine dealer and ordered one from a reputable manufacturer of my machine. It costs about five times as much. I hope it lasts at least 5 times longer. I will continue to use this TFBoy as a backup.
