Review on Digital Tire Pressure Gauge Accurate by Rob Sanchez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It seems consistent and fairly accurate.

I wanted a digital pressure gauge so I ordered one. Surprisingly, the tires on my car don't match. although this time I tested them with my old and new sensors and both showed the same value. Assuming they both read the same and have been calibrated, both are accurate. I inflated one tire slightly undersized while the other was a strange fit and then got the exact same pressure with it. I think this gauge rounds up to 1/2 pound PSI pressure since I've seen full pounds. and the decimal always showed only 0 or 5. There is a button on the device. which he uses for everything. It turns it on with a long press, it changes measurement types with a short press when it's on, and another long press turns it off. It retains the last reading until the power is turned off. When switched on, the device lights up blue at the top and next to the LCD panel. I mistakenly assumed that it would turn off automatically after a period of inactivity, but that doesn't happen. The device is lightweight and small, fitting in the palm of a typical sized hand. The only thing I would change aside from making separate buttons and an auto shut off is the batteries. I would pay more money not to buy spare batteries. So a rechargeable device would be ideal. as well as a beep to let you know your reading is over. I'm giving this a four star rating because it does its job quickly and well, although I didn't find the idea of using a screwdriver and dedicated batteries. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary.
