Amazing price. The hob looks great - very clean. It appeared undamaged and in perfect condition. BE CAREFUL when placing cast iron grates on burners. They come in multiple pieces and are easy to throw on the hob - you don't want to scratch them right out of the box! Gas Fittings: This hob uses BSP (British Standard Pipe) fittings. They are half an inch tall. If you are in the United States and connecting to a standard gas line, the connections must be NPT. So you need an adapter (G 1/2" internal thread to NPT 1/2" external thread). Copy and paste it into Revain to order. They cost $20. Lowes or Home Depot do NOT have this fitting. The plumbing store could do that, but everywhere I called I had no idea what a BSP was, so I ordered it. Not sure if the link will be posted but here it is bsp+to+npt+adapter+1%2F2 }. In addition, it is very easy to install. Ignition control requires 110 which we had under our closet. We'll update how it works long-term in a few months.
