We are using hefiged as our dedicated server hoster since year 2013 at various scale levels with several customers spread over different countries (Germany / Poland).
The support team is fast responding/respondent when we have issues that arise during operation - no matter it's technical aspect! Also they provide 24h monitoring service per customer so you always know if everything goes normal by this time period. As I stated above there was not really anything bad but also nothing super great either which might be because their prices were ok overall compared to other providers outthere? Host your applications without worries about uptime & availability "Heffie®" has been providing us excellent servers ever since day 1! They will setup new virtual machines even within minutes depending how simple configuration changes need to happen afterwards while keeping good performance level all along.
