Working but just a shadow of the old models
Working. But an Ulmann inspection mirror like this one I bought 35 years ago (and recently broke due to my carelessness) had a much better lapping, a secure fit and thicker glass that was tapered at the edges. This new one is thin straight glass, rattles in the mount, has notches on the edges of the glass. Now I'm going to buy the old one off eBay, just like before. It's worth it because the old ones are made to last and feel good. This is a bad copy.
