Cute water toy, suitable for baby and toddler toys

So my daughter is 15 months old so she just waves it but when I or her sisters try to pull it up so she can put it in the water it doesn't swim as much and she loses interest. I would say it's more for kids who are of an age to raise them on their own

Pros

Arc-shaped design and smooth edges. Recommended for children over 18 months.
