So my daughter is 15 months old so she just waves it but when I or her sisters try to pull it up so she can put it in the water it doesn't swim as much and she loses interest. I would say it's more for kids who are of an age to raise them on their own

I hardly used it, I took it out of the water to dry after every bath. So why rust on all four screws? Is it healthy for a child to chew it, bathe it, touch it? I don't know, but it won't happen with my child. That gross fact aside, and before that happened, the toy was pretty cute and my kid loved it.

I have to say. it's quite charming. My only problem is that my daughter keeps making me hit on her over and over again. He has a great wind force (10+), so he spends a lot of time swimming around the tub waving his little hands. My child also plays with it outside of the bath. That's what she finds now and brings me to closure. WARNING, this thing absorbs a lot of water, so it will drip a lot when you take it out of the tub. I ordered this for an older child with multiple disabilities. He's been playing with it both in and out of the tub since we've had one. So far it's holding up very well and seems a lot stronger than the ones I've bought from other stores. He accidentally broke some toys from other brands on the first day.
