Low-quality Products and Terrible Customer Support
I recently bought several tools from HANPURE to renovate my house, and I was really unhappy with the quality. In spite of what the business said, the tools were of poor quality and actually broke while being used. I called customer service, but I only got a rude response and no answer to my problem. Furthermore, despite the fact that their magnetic sweepers are widely used, they are not as efficient as claimed and still leave behind detritus. In general, I wouldn't advise patronizing HANPURE.

- Some of their tools are not as dependable or as high-quality as they are marketed to be.
