As many have said, the N18 app requires a bit of DIY. You'll have to file down one of the mounting points to release the turbo. At the same time, I upgraded my old control valve with the latest OEM model, which omits the rubber diaphragm for longer life. I've driven a few 1000 miles and had no problems with the CEL or the car going into limp mode. Also note that when reinstalling, I highly recommend getting a set of hex sockets with a long reach ball head. This will give you much easier access to the hex screws as some of them are difficult to reach.
