Review on Smart bracelet HONOR Band 5 RU, blue by Dagmara Grzeszczak ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Unsuccessful purchase, I am disappointed.

Maybe it's just my copy, but it seems like a lot of unnecessary work just to keep track of your heart rate and sleep patterns in a fantasy world compared to the HB4, which is great in every way. While I personally use HB4 and have no plans to switch, I couldn't help but compare; I spent the entire weekend wearing two bracelets on the same arm, and the results disheartened me. It has long been known that Samsung bracelets add steps, and apparently Huawei decided to do the same thing. By the way, Galaxy Fit (without "e") hung on the other hand; the readings were conditionally averaged between HB4 and HB5. That's too bad. Although I did not care for HB5, I do wholeheartedly suggest that you give HB4 a try.

Pros
  • the same as an Honor Band 4
Cons
  • Everyday, he takes a few more steps (but gets the big picture mostly right), Comparatively easier sleep monitoring than HB4. Weirdly, the heart rate readings can be smoothed, such that the bracelet can detect a pulse even while it's in a pocket of clothing in the closet (!). Reluctance to read texts due to ingrained anxiety.

Good bracelet, light and fits comfortably on the hand

Haven't swam in it yet so I can't say anything about water resistance.
