I have emailed ValueToner about this. I bought a set (1 black, 1 color) HP PSC cartridges just to install them and start my project (which has now expired) when the paper ran out of the printer. It was terrible! The ink was smudged, it was "bleeding", colors weren't what they were supposed to be, etc. As soon as I emailed them, I received an email saying I was within 48 hours would hear from someone. I have not heard. I'm glad I saved all the packaging it came in. I'll give them 24 hours to respond or I'll return and ask for a full refund. I should have known the price was too good to be true. I understand they are remanufactured but I have purchased remanufactured ink in the past. Never had this problem! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSATISFIED! Letter and date on the last photo MUST BE BLACK! WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?
