The team at ETI has been very helpful in all of our projects, from implementation to ongoing support! They are always willing to go above & beyond for their customers - they have helped us with multiple solutions that we needed over time. Nothing really comes across as an issue when working directly wtih them but you know it's there if your ever looking back through project notes or emails etc. I would highly recommend using this vendor!! Our organization uses many different vendors so having someone who can work closely together was key to getting things done efficiently AND correctly each step along way.
