This jerrycan of diesel fuel is just what I need to fill the fuel tank on my 30ft sailboat. I didn't want any of those fuel cans with those pesky "lock-up" injectors that are so hard to use. That should be perfect because I can leave the fuel canister on the cab floor, then tilt it until the nozzle is in the fuel filler hole, and then press the button to start refueling. The problem is that the overflow protection does not stay on the fuel can. There is a design issue with the thread engagement between the black threaded collar on the nozzle (female threads) and the male threads on the can itself. When I tipped the canister to insert the nozzle into the fuel fill hole in the boat, I hit the nozzle and the nozzle fell off ! Yes, the nozzle was partially disconnected from the tank and diesel fuel began to pour out. So much for NO SILL. It's a great idea, but it's in dire need of a revamp to be safe.
