Can't be sharp on the iPad, had a refurbished item and the sound didn't work when I got it, that's when the real fun started. I have this Returned the iPad and the case which I also bought from the UPS store for a refund and everything was fine. Now a month later I still have no refund or no iPad. It seems I mixed up the items and am now waiting for a solution to the problem.
