I am very happy with this harness. It works great. It replaced an old bracelet that fell apart after about 5 years (I think). I'm no longer an avid biker/runner/swimmer, but I still keep a close eye on my workouts. I think it's a great fitness tracker and improvement tool. My only warning: follow the washing instructions carefully. Went almost a month without washing. I started smelling what looked like a school locker room (and I blamed the unclean pagans I was training with). It turned out to be my belt. Now I have to wash it every other workout. continuous; it is well done; works perfectly. Top notch Garmin!
