The docking station supported both of my 4K monitors at 60Hz on my Dell laptop with no issues (not the same for the Dell docking station I'm replacing which can only drive 1 4K monitor). And it could fully power my laptop. However, there was an issue that violated the terms of the contract. The USB connection was unreliable. My mouse and keyboard worked fine until I tried using the webcam (every webcam, I've tried 3). Within seconds or minutes of the webcam starting up, the dock would snap and drop all USB connections for a minute, leaving the webcam in a broken state until I physically unplugged and plugged it back in.
