You can successfully use two external monitors with a MacBook Pro and XPS 13 9380, but there are two major inconveniences. 1) If the ethernet port is connected to the network and then the laptop is disconnected from the thunderbolt port while the docking station remains on, an issue occurs where traffic from the docking station causes the entire network to be disconnected . Runs on my laptop at 2x 4K @ 60Hz Accessories

My mouse and keyboard worked fine until I tried using the webcam (every webcam, I've tried 3). Within seconds or minutes of the webcam starting up, the dock would snap and drop all USB connections for a minute, leaving the webcam in a broken state until I physically unplugged and plugged it back in.

The docking station supported both of my 4K monitors at 60Hz on my Dell laptop with no issues (not the same for the Dell docking station I'm replacing which can only drive 1 4K monitor).
