The charger sometimes doesn't work with my phone and I have to keep unplugging it to get it working. Basically my problem is that it messed up my camera on my iPhone 11. She messed up my focus in the camera. The bracket does not protect against shocks. My phone now buzzes when I turn on the camera and the picture sucks. I've never dropped my phone, it's in a case and protective film. The case fits the phone and is made of silicone, so no, it's not because it has a case. I had to go with ram mount smh
