I was able to open all of my watches except one with this kit. The back cover on that watch is perhaps screwed on too tight or jammed and the tool just slips over it when you try operating it with a lot of force.One big miss in this kit is that although you can open watches easily, you cannot close the ones with snap-on covers as there is no tool for that in this kit. As a result one of my watches is now open and I cannot close it without ordering another tool. All DIYs failed to work on this watch although I was able to close another one by standing on it.
