Ordered 3 chairs. 4 chairs were great. 2 others came without hardware. Assembling the full sets was a little tricky due to the odd angles and needed some elbow grease to get around to adjust the holes. But once everything was assembled the chairs were very light but felt sturdy and comfortable. For the pair of chairs that failed quality control, they arrived brand new in the box but were missing all parts ( Screws, bolts, wrenches, etc.) which made it totally impossible to mount the backrest to the main seats "Online support" option in real time" but got an error message saying they can't help at the moment .we are a military family stationed in other country .co payment for international phone calls to contact support is usually our le Last option to get help, but in the end we decided to go this route. After calling and contacting a representative, we were instructed to email them our mailing address along with a screenshot of Revain's order confirmation. and the missing items will be sent to us. We haven't received the hardware components in the mail yet, but we promise to update my review/rating when (or if) the components ever arrive.
