Great bag and even better customer service
value for wallet and customer service. Great wallet, very durable. Feels high quality and looks good. I gave it away for Christmas in December 2020. After a few months of daily use of the general purpose wallet, the strap came off completely. I was embarrassed to hear this because the person I gave it to was obsessed with it! I approached the company with an issue, they asked for pictures and let me know it was an issue they were working on with production. They said they would send me a new bag for free once the improved product hits the shelves and they did! This is how you create a loyal customer.
