It's easy to use because of its intuitive layout for all your networking tools. There are many options to choose from which can be overwhelming at first but once you get used it becomes easier. The tool has been reliable up until this point so nothing bad I can think to say about it other than I wish there was more advanced monitoring features like SNMP traps (which i believe they have said they will eventually release). We've always had issues with getting alerts out when we need them most. Even though our network isn't heavily utilized we still would occasionally have latency spikes or data loss issues due to overloads. With totalview we were able to pinpoint exactly where these issues originated and solve then before things got too far along.
