Works great and does not fade fabrics
We had a water leak in the wall. Needless to say there was mold on the wooden studs in the wall and on the floor when we found out about this. We replaced the two pieces of wood that were the worst and decided to work the rest. This is what they use in rebuilding houses that were hit by floods. It works! He removed both the smell and the mold. When I removed the carpet and umbrella there was some mold on it. I tried it because it doesn't bleach fabrics. It worked great. to have good things.
