July 3, 2021: This is an upgrade from my first launch to five stars. The PurOxygen team went out of their way to contact me and send me a new filter. Apparently I didn't follow the correct cleaning method. But still I am very impressed with the company and their technical service. I will be adding another of these units for our basement. 06/27/20201: This article is a piece of junk. Less than 3 months later I get a message that I need to replace the filter. I only use it in our main living area which is no more than 300m². feet
