Overall, I love our chaise chairs. They are comfortable and a great product for the money spent. My complaint is that one of them came with a missing strap on the head pillow and there is absolutely no way to fix the issue which means there is no way for the head pillow to stay in place. When you click "contact seller," it directs you to Ebay and then no matter what you select, you just go in circles. We did not want to return two full, already assembled chaise lounges due to this, so just have one with a pillow that won't stay put. (This is because of how very much I love these chairs). Again, love the chairs BUT wish the customer service piece were not such a pain
