Can't ask for more! Being new to Persian cuisine, I did a little research and found that "real" chefs use handleless flat kebabs for convenience. This was a pleasure to use! Make no mistake, this is a frontier weapon, so please be careful when opening the complex transparent plastic case (a hazard in itself). The included scraper was a nice touch. We didn't need anything special to clean them in the farmhouse sink. I was so pleased with our beef and lamb koobideh. Only downside: I wish the seller had included a heavy duty canvas/vinyl storage bag. They're difficult to store in an American kitchen with curious little ones. I put them on my chef's knife roll for now. Other cheaper options (with wooden handles) included free storage bags.
