As others have said some of my photos got corrupted when pasting. I ordered reproductions from my professional lab and had to replace two of them. It was very difficult for me to introduce them and I was very careful. Hoping to find a better solution as this obviously doesn't work for all of my customers' orders. They are high quality, just too tight. Update: I have ordered new prints. Tried again, better luck in the second round. I've found that playing cards (like poker cards) are the most useful. I've used two of these. First I separated the top tab that goes with it. Insert the first card from the top, then slide it down the sides until it is in the bottom right corner. Then I did the same with the second one in the left corner. I found this loosened things up a bit and provided leverage to insert into the part I found most difficult (the last part). I will probably order again now as I feel a little more confident using them. Although I will say it takes some patients and if you are doing this for something urgent I would recommend ordering double the prints just in case. We also recommend inserting the photo carefully and slowly, aligning it on both sides. Much luck. This is a really high quality matte shade.
