Review on 🔍 Enhanced LG 5230W1A003A Microwave Oven Charcoal Air Filter for Optimal Performance by Chris Santos

I ordered this LG filter for my Kenmore Elite Microwave (Model # 721.88513900, manufactured April 2010) Exact dimensions of this LG filter: 11" x 2-5 /8" x 3/ 4 inches thick. I didn't buy the microwave new, it was installed in the house we bought. When I removed the old filter it was the exact same product, part numbers etc as this new LG but I can't find out if it was original equipment. This new one seems to fit, but is about 3/8" shorter than size 11, so I suspect the original equipment filter may have been about 11 3/8" long. In summary: I made a 3/8 spacer (which may or may not be needed), put in a new filter and it works great.
