I have ordered several of these for my FTA customers. Sometimes the HDMI connection does not transmit video to the TV. I hook it up to my home TV and program the channels my customers want (mostly Glorystar) and set the video format to NTSC. It receives both audio and video on my TV. Twice I had issues with HDMI where HDMI didn't work and we had to use yellow, red and white AV cables. This is not usually a problem for the customer as the replacement device only had this option, but it should always work. There is also a recent issue with the remote not working, but mostly fine.
