Perfect for embellishing a scarf

I made a scarf for a friend but she wanted a scarf with fringes, not an endless scarf. I couldn't use regular thread because it was too thick and the silky embroidery thread wouldn't tie a knot. So I searched for "fringe" and found this. WOW was perfect! Spent a few bucks before finding this and the price is great! I have a lot of stuff here - I think scarves and handbags etc too. Thank you very much!
