I have a very hot space above the garage and it hasn't lowered the temperature. Swing function to make the fan rotate, mostly blows to the left, never hits the right. I can't pull the filter connector out of the tank to take it to the sink - I'm afraid of damaging it. The blue icons are difficult to see. Freezer packs will show cracks after just 3 freezes - probably won't last long. I'm not sure if I want to keep it. Disappointed. I forgot to send in the remote control: if I get a shipping address, I'll be happy to send it back!
