The best thing about scotty was its ease of use for our team as well as their support system which helped us get up to speed quickly with this new tool very easily! I cannot think off anything negative at all so far while using it but we are still learning some things around how they want you setup etc when first getting started - however if there's something specific i'm not sure then let me know please!! We've been able to cut down time spent answering tickets by over 50% since adding Scottie into my workflow process here locally & internationally across multiple countries where staff can access via web or mobile app (wherever available).
