These pants are actually comfortable for hanging out around the house. The fabric is soft and generally flexible. The problem I have with the item is that after one wash the right leg has twisted enough that the zipper is almost in the front instead of on the inner leg. I'll still keep them for home use but out in the real world, walking around, I can feel the zipper in the wrong place and the twist in the fabric.
